Scientific presentations will be held either orally or by poster. Presentations with a German abstract will be given in German.
Oral presentation
Lecturers are requested to provide their presentations electronically. All lecture rooms are equipped with a projector (“beamer”) with VGA input. OHPs are not available. Laptops must be provided by the speakers.
Furthermore, the presentation should be recorded onto an USB stick as back-up in PDF and power point format.
All laptops must be set up and connected with the data projector before the start of the respective session. All rooms will be opened, at latest, 45 minutes prior to the lecture. Speakers are requested to be in the lecture room at least 25 minutes prior to the start of the session, to report to the chairperson as well as the technical staff to ensure that the laptops handshake with the beamer and to receive a brief introduction to the equipment in the lecture room.
